Third Postion GC Skew Display is a tool designed for predicting genes by comparing possible open reading frames to a third position GC plot. This tool is most effective in organisms with GC rich genomic sequence but it also works on all microbial sequences. Insert a nucleotide sequence below and click "Generate Plot" to analyze the sequence for open reading frames and third position GC skew.
